At Palintest, we are committed to continual product development, ensuring that we deliver the best technologies to safeguard water for everyone, every day.

From time to time, this means we are required to discontinue product lines, enabling us to streamline our processes and deliver the very best service to our customers.

We are committed to minimalising disruption and supporting our customers in the best way, which is why we would like to notify you of the intention to discontinue one of our products.

From 30th June 2020, the SA1100 Scanning Analyzer (PT430/PT431) is no longer be available for purchase. This product range has been retired and replaced by our next generation sensor instrument, Kemio™ Heavy Metals.

We will also be discontinuing our range of corresponding sensors. The affected product codes are:

• Lead Sensors – PT435 (to be discontinued 30th June 2022)
• Copper Sensors – PT436 (discontinued 30th June 2020)

Please note lead and copper sensors (PT435/PT436) have an 18-month shelf-life.

Customers currently using the SA1100 can continue to use the instrument as normal. Palintest will continue to support the range, with all instruments covered with their existing warranties.
